What is your return policy?

All of our orders are handled by Printful®, our product manufacturer and they also handle shipping. Printful only offers returns if the item gets lost in transit and we notify them no later than 4 weeks. If you received the item but aren’t satisfied with it, unfortunately we can’t offer refunds. If your item got lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reach out to Printful.

How long do orders take to ship?

All of our shipping is handled by Printful, and their shipping times can vary a lot. Deliveries made to the United States can take anywhere from one week to several. Deliveries to other parts of the country may take even longer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

What payment methods do you guys accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and many others major credit and debit cards in every country through Stripe.
